My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 is a 2023 American romantic comedy film written and directed by Nia Vardalos. The film stars Vardalos, John Corbett, Elena Kampouris, Andrea Martin, and Lainie Kazan. It is intended to be the third installment in the My Big Fat Greek Wedding franchise. Filming began on June 22, 2022 in Athens, Greece, and wrapped on August 10.

The film is scheduled to be released in the United States on September 8, 2023 by Focus Features. The film will be dedicated to the memory of Michael Constantine (who played Gus Portakalos in the first two films and the TV show My Big Fat Greek Life), who died on August 31, 2021, at the age of 94.

Plot

The film will follow the Portokalos family on a trip to Greece for a family reunion.
