Babatunde Rahim (born 4 July 1998), popularly known as Lyta, is a Nigerian singer. He signed a record deal with YBNL Nation in 2018 but left the label in May 2019 after having a disagreement with the label owner Olamide. He released the 5-track debut EP Id in 2019.
Parents
Lyta’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Rahim from Kwara State, Northern Nigeria. Lyta dad is a major contributing factor in his music career. Lyta’s mother is blind, and the singer has cited that his blind mother is the major reason why his is into music. Lyta comes from a Muslim home.
He revealed in an interview that he is from a poor background and that he got into music to take care of his blind mother and father who isn’t doing much economically

Kemi Ayorinde is a baby mama (partner) to the singer Lyta. They both welcomed their child, Aari Lawal, in July 2020.
