Jaane Jaan (transl. Beloved) is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language mystery thriller film written and directed by Sujoy Ghosh for Netflix. The film is an adaptation of the 2005 Japanese novel The Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino.
It stars Kareena Kapoor Khan as a single mother involved in a murder, alongside Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma. The film is produced under the banner 12th Street Entertaiment and Northern Lights Films in association with Kross Pictures and Balaji Motion Pictures. It is scheduled to be released on 21 September 2023 on Netflix.
Premise
In Kalimpong, a single mother tries to cover up the murder of her estranged husband with help from her neighbour.

Production
The film was officially announced in March 2022. Principal Photography commenced from May 2022 onwards in Kalimpong west Bengal.
Marketing and release
On 25 August 2023, the teaser with a release date was announced by Netflix. The makers planned to release the film on the day of Kareena Kapoor birthday on 21 September 2023.
