Chinenye Ulaegbu hails from Enugu state, Nigeria, but was born and brought up in the Northern part of the country.

Chinenye attended Government Science School, Wamba, Nasarawa State. She returned back to east to had her degree in Banking and Finance from Institute of Management and Technology from the University of Enugu.
