Andrea Elizabeth Eugenio Torres (born May 4, 1990) is a Filipino actress, singer, host, dancer and commercial model. She is currently an exclusive contract artist of GMA Network. She is best known for her roles as Cindy Rodriguez in the WeTV Original series BetCin, Diane San Luis in Legal Wives, Venus Torralba-de Jesus in Alyas Robin Hood, Cecilia Fulgencio-Altamonte in Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga, Juliet and Jasmine in The Better Woman, Annasandra in Ang Lihim ni Annasandra and Luisa in The Millionaire’s Wife, among others.

Parents and family

Andrea Elizabeth Eugenio Torres was born on May 4, 1990 to Oscar and Emerita Torres.

Oscar is a college professor, while Emerita manages a food business.

Andrea has four siblings—Timothy, Kevin, Angeli, and Kenneth.

Interviewed by the entertainment press on July 17, 2018, Andrea revealed that social media bashers do not faze her, but she could get combative when dealing with negative comments about her family, especially about her brother Kenneth.

Kenneth, the youngest in Andrea’s family, has Down Syndrome.

In an interview with GMA news, this is what she has to say;

“It came to a point, when I wanted to be practical,” she told GMA News Online in Filipino.

“When I was in college, I told myself: ‘Oh, nothing is happening. Maybe I should just give up on my dream. Maybe it’s really not for me’,” she added.

“[My parents] were the ones who told me ‘No! Keep trying. You’re still young.’ It was like they knew something would happen.”

Andrea, whose father is a professor, said her parents’ support did not waver even when she did roles that were on the “sexy” side.

“I’m very open with them and I tell them all my plans,” Andrea said.

“Also, they let me decide for myself. I was allowed to make my own choices when it comes to my career, and they had real trust in me and my manager.”

She added, “My parents were never the type to not be proud of what I do.”

“They know that, once I do something, it’s a decision that my managers and I already discussed and studied extensively, so they were just totally supportive all the way,” Andrea said. — LA, GMA News

Torres was in a relationship with Derek Ramsay who is a well-known Filipino actor and worked with Andrea in a tv show named The Better Woman.

At the moment, Andrea Torres is currently single and not yet married.

Andrea Torres has no child of her own for now.
